Hi, I'm Silvia!

I'm a product-minded software engineer building thoughtful, user-facing products across the frontend and full stack. My work sits at the intersection of engineering, HCI, and design.

Previously at Home From College (H\FC), Acer, and WildHacks.

I design and develop software, usually the kind where the interface is the hard part.

Mostly TypeScript, React, and Next.js. I also write Python, and design in Figma (currently learning motion). Happiest when I get to do both :)

A few years ago, my grandmother started losing her hearing. Her hearing aids worked, but she couldn't figure out how to control them, so she slowly gave up. I think about that a lot when I'm building something.

Originally from Taiwan, I'm now located in San Francisco, by way of Evanston. Northwestern '26, Computer Science, Communications, and Design.
